Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund from StudyHub SA (Pty) Ltd. It applies to all digital study packs and add-ons purchased at kinjani.my and forms part of our Terms of Service.
💰 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase and you have not substantially consumed the material, we will refund 100% of what you paid to the original payment card.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
- The digital material has not been substantially consumed — our system flags a pack as consumed once more than 20% of its files have been downloaded, or a video lesson has more than 20% watch-time.
- The refund is requested from the same email address used at checkout.
- The original Paystack order reference is provided.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@kinjani.my with the subject line: "Refund request — [your order reference]".
- Include your full name, the email used at checkout, and a short reason for your request (this helps us improve).
- We acknowledge within 1 business day and decide within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed by Paystack back to your original card within 5–10 business days — the exact timing depends on your bank.
3. Order bumps and add-ons
Optional add-ons (e.g. the Past Papers Mega Pack) are covered by the same 7-day guarantee, subject to the same consumption rule.
4. What is NOT eligible
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
- Packs that have been substantially consumed (more than 20% downloaded or watched).
- Content that has been shared with, uploaded for, or accessed by third parties in breach of the licence in the Terms.
- Buyer's-remorse requests after the pack has been used for a completed assessment.
5. Faulty or missing content
If a file is corrupted, a link is broken, or a promised item is missing from your pack, contact us and we will fix it at no cost. If we cannot fix it within 3 business days, you are entitled to a full refund outside the 7-day window, in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
6. Duplicate or accidental payments
If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical glitch, contact us with both Paystack references and we will refund the duplicate in full, regardless of the 7-day window.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — most disputes are resolved faster and more fairly through direct support. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase will result in access to the purchased content being revoked pending investigation.
8. Your consumer rights
This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. It does not limit those rights.
