Delivery Policy

StudyHub SA (Pty) Ltd sells digital study material only. There is no physical shipment and no postal delivery. This policy explains how, when and where your purchase is delivered.

1. Delivery method

After a successful payment on Paystack, your study pack is delivered by email to the address you provided at checkout. The email contains a secure download link for each PDF, past paper, memo and video lesson included in your order.

2. Delivery time

  • Instant (typically under 2 minutes) from the moment Paystack confirms payment.
  • During rare provider outages, delivery can take up to 4 hours. No manual action is required — the email is sent automatically once the payment webhook clears.

3. Download links

Download links are personal, tied to your order reference, and remain valid for 24 hours per click. You can request a fresh link at any time by emailing support@kinjani.mywith your order reference — we regenerate links free of charge for the lifetime of your purchase.

4. Delivery area

Because delivery is digital, we serve customers anywhere in the world. Pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) and Paystack handles the currency conversion for international cards.

5. Didn't receive your email?

  1. Check your Spam / Promotions folder — search for "StudyHub SA".
  2. Confirm the email address you used at checkout was spelled correctly.
  3. Email us at support@kinjani.my with your Paystack reference — we resend within business hours (weekdays 08:00–18:00 SAST).

6. Failed payments

If Paystack declines your card, no order is created and no email is sent. You will not be charged. You may retry the checkout with the same or a different card.
