Delivery
How do I receive my study pack after payment?
Immediately after Paystack confirms your payment we email a secure download link to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery is usually under 2 minutes. Links are valid for 24 hours — if yours expires just email support and we'll re-send.
I paid but haven't received an email — what now?
Check your spam/promotions folder first (Gmail sometimes filters). If it's not there within 15 minutes, email support@kinjani.my with your Paystack reference and we'll re-send within business hours.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All South African credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Paystack, plus Instant EFT and SnapScan. Payments are processed by Paystack Payments (Pty) Ltd — we never see or store your card details.
Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. Payment is handled by Paystack, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant (the highest security standard for card processors). The entire checkout is encrypted with 256-bit SSL and your card number never touches our servers.
Are the prices in Rand?
Yes. All prices are shown and charged in South African Rand (ZAR), VAT inclusive. There are no hidden fees or foreign transaction charges.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unopened material — no questions asked. If you've opened or downloaded the material, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original card within 3–5 business days. Paystack handles the reversal directly.
Content
Is the content CAPS-aligned?
Yes. Every study pack is written by South African educators and aligned to the current DBE / IEB CAPS curriculum for Grade 12. We update our material each academic year.
Who writes the material?
Our content is written by qualified SA teachers with 10+ years of NSC / IEB experience, and reviewed by a curriculum advisor with a PhD in Education from UCT.
Can I access on my phone?
Absolutely. All PDFs, past papers and memos work on any phone, tablet or laptop. Video lessons stream over mobile data or WiFi — no app required.
How long do I have access to the material?
Lifetime access to the files you buy. Once you download them, they are yours to keep and re-read for future revision.
Can I share the material with a friend?
The pack is licensed for your own personal study only. Sharing, uploading or reselling violates our Terms and can result in your access being revoked without a refund.
